Are the marker boards really custom framed to order?
YES - We stock hundreds of high quality wood picture frame mouldings, cut them to size, glue, nail and assemble every board upon receipt of the order, right here in our California warehouse by highly skilled employees.

How can you provide designer framing at such reasonable prices?
Because we source framing material directly from factories in Italy, Asia and South America. We purchase by the container load so you save on material cost.

Are the wood mouldings causing deforestation and harming the environment?
ClassyBoards does not purchase or condone the use of rare or endangered species. We work with manufacturers that use sound logging practices of fast growing “soft woods.” Many frames are made with finger-jointed boards, veneers, and multi-layered finishing processes to emulate hard woods and exotics.

How long does it take to get my order?
Upon check-out, your order automatically goes into our production que. A work-order initiates pulling both the board/s and mouldings for your order. The moulding is cut and joined, the board inserted and hardware mounted. It goes to the shipping department and is shipped based on your selected method. From receipt of order to shipping is 24-72 hours. All orders ship from California.

ClassyBoards guarentees your custom framed board will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We take extra steps with packaging to ensure that your board/s arrive without any damage. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order and we will repair or replace it free of charge. Simply return the board to us in the same packaging with a note indicating the problem.
